Clinithink is a world leading AI company driving real change and benefit in the healthcare and life science sectors. We are seeking an outstanding marketing leader to join the executive team to facilitate the company’s rapid growth in the life science and healthcare spaces across global markets.

Purpose and definition
Reporting to the CEO, the SVP of Marketing is responsible for developing, leading and executing the company’s overall marketing strategy and provides oversight of marketing initiatives. The post holder must have previous senior level management experience and experience directing high performance, innovative marketing organisations with a track record of product, program, and company success.
The role is based in either London or the US East Coast with frequent domestic and some international travel.

Responsibilities

  • Establishes strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services in the life sciences and healthcare software sectors
  • Develops and manages marketing operating budget
  • Ensures efficient digital channel activation to achieve continuous conversion rate optimisation and lead generation
  • Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail
  • Oversees development and production of promotional, collateral and thought leadership materials
  • Has responsibility for 3rd party vendor relationships needed to deliver the strategic marketing plan
  • Develops and recommends product and service positioning to produce the highest possible long-term market share
  • Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions
  • Enables the development of relationships with industry influencers and key community and strategic partners
  • Conducts marketing surveys on current and new product/service concepts, and provides feedback for future product development
  • Establishes and maintains a strong global corporate brand throughout all product and service lines, promotional materials, and events
  • Ensures the position of the Clinithink brand and supports its establishment and maintenance in the market through ongoing communication, marketing, and sales support programs
  • Provide leadership and globally focused strategic direction to direct reports
  • Other duties may be assigned

Essential Experience:

  • Qualified to degree level in marketing or similar subject or equivalent industry experience
  • Extensive experience successfully implementing and executing marketing strategies
  • Significant management experience, with an emphasis on leadership, team building and stakeholder engagement
  • Intermediate to advanced skill set in MSOffice; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience working in Life Sciences marketing is highly desirable as is experience running marketing activities in global businesses and markets in a corporate context
